The provision of services and goods by explorebrave is subject to availability. In cases where products or services are not available, explorebrave will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Cancellations of orders can only be done if payments for the customer, order has not yet been made by the customer. Once payment has been made for the customer, the order can only then be canceled prior to dispatch by explorebrave. The customer is required to contact explorebrave regarding cancellation urgently should they require cancelation, as proof of payment is taken as consent to dispatch the ordered products to the customer as soon as possible.

If a product is broken or damaged upon delivery, you must inform explorebrave within one working day of receiving it. Explorebrave will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you, or to refund you for the damaged or broken product.

If you receive incorrect products in your order, you must contact explorebrave within one working day. We will follow up on our system to see whether an error has been made on our side. Should this be the case we will happily make arrangements to collect and have the product deliver the correct one that was originally ordered.
